2. Who this Policy applies to
This Policy applies to website visitors, clients submitting requests, registered Providers, people contacting support and other Platform users.
3. Information we may collect
Client information
Name, telephone number, language, region or other geographic information, the content and summary of a request, parameters required for service and Provider matching, consent records, conversation data generated through the Platform interface and technical identifiers.
Provider information
Account data, name or business name, contact and professional details, profession, selected services, languages, geographic coverage, schedule and Online/Offline status, required billing details, balance, payment, Lead, dispute, account-activity and support information.
Technical information
IP address, request date and time, browser and device type, system logs, cookies and similar technology data, and information required for security and prevention of abuse.
4. Whether providing information is mandatory
Unless the law specifically requires otherwise, providing information to the Platform is voluntary. However, if information identified as necessary for a particular feature is not provided, we may be unable to create an account, form and distribute a request, process a payment, handle a dispute or provide the relevant service function.
5. Purposes of processing
- creating and administering accounts;
- receiving and structuring client requests;
- identifying a service and matching suitable Providers;
- transferring requests to selected Providers;
- managing balances, payments and financial audit records;
- handling disputes and support requests;
- sending operational notifications;
- security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention;
- diagnosing errors and improving the Platform;
- complying with legal and accounting obligations.
6. Artificial intelligence
The Platform may use third-party artificial-intelligence technology, including AI API providers, to conduct an intake conversation and convert information into a structured request.
AI is not trusted to make the Platform’s financial decisions: Lead price, balance charges and final Provider matching are determined by server-side Platform logic.
We seek to provide AI services only with information reasonably necessary for the relevant function.
7. Recipients of information
Personal information may be shared, to the extent necessary, with:
- suitable Providers, so that they can contact the client and handle the request;
- hosting, infrastructure, email and technical-support providers;
- payment providers for payment processing;
- AI providers when AI functionality is used;
- analytics, security and advertising-technology providers when those tools are enabled;
- professional advisers and competent authorities where necessary or required by law.
Service providers may be located in Israel or abroad. International transfers are handled subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Distribution of a client Lead
A core Platform function involves providing client contact information to several suitable Providers. The client is informed of this before final submission of the request.
After a Lead is transferred, the relevant Provider is independently responsible for processing that the Provider carries out outside the Platform’s technical systems.
9. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, operation of the account, accounting, dispute handling, security, protection of legal claims and compliance with law.
Certain financial, accounting and audit records may be retained after account closure where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate interests.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No Internet system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Data-subject rights
Under applicable Israeli law, a person may have the right to access personal information about them held in a database and to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to the conditions of law.

12. Cookies

13. Minors
The Platform is not intended for independent use by minors to create a professional account or carry out activities requiring full legal capacity. We do not seek knowingly to collect children’s information without an appropriate lawful basis.

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the Platform, service providers or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page.
